To give the Love Shack—a seaside home on the Jersey shore—the best possible views, we built the living space upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. To maximize space on the narrow lot, we customized everything, from the built-in furniture to the to the bright open kitchen, finishing the exterior in simple, natural white cedar.
